Gifts for Mothers Day

As we have done now for more than 20 years Club members again prepared gifts for the mothers staying at the Refuge we support as well as small gifts for their children to wrap and give to their Mum on Mothers Day. Thank you Jacinta for delivering the gifts and Happy Mothers Day on Sunday to all Mums

District 22 CONFERENCE 2025

I am excited to announce some of our main speakers:

Darryl Gardiner from “Rolling with the Punches” – You can hear his story on Compass episode” Tough, not Toxic “ September 2024 and will find him on Facebook.

Aaron Schultz from “Outback Mind Foundation”- check his great website, podcasts and Facebook page.

They will do a short keynote each and then engage with a panel of our male members to discuss Male socialization, it’s toxic effect on men and their mental health, and the intersectionality with violence. Most importantly how can we encourage more good men to stand with us to change this dynamic. They will also do workshops – more information later.

There will be another workshop on Active Advocacy.

Our district 2024 YWPA and JMK winners will be speaking.
